REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us within 30 days for a replacement or full refund. The item/s are to be returned back to us by tracked postage in original condition before a refund or replacement is sent. If the item/s are faulty, not fit for purpose or don't match the description a full refund will be offered including the cost of return postage.

If the refund is due to a change of mind the buyer pays the return postage & the item/s are to be returned via tracked postage.  Upon receipt of the item a replacement or refund will be offered (less return postage).
